The Festival is looking for people from the community to volunteer to accommodate a musician in 2023  

Do you have room?  The Festival needs your help!

Lamèque, N.B., Tuesday, September 6, 2022: Work is well underway to prepare for the 2023 season of the Festival.  "We expect to welcome a large number of musicians next year," said Jean-René Noël, President of the Board of Directors.  "But to do so, we need to find more people in the community who are willing to volunteer to accommodate a musician for a few days," he said.

The success of the event depends on this support, as there is limited infrastructure in the region for accommodation and public transportation. "Since the beginning of the Festival, musicians have been accommodated by people in the community on a volunteer basis.  All they have to do is offer a place to sleep and breakfast. In return, the Festival offers tickets to attend a concert. It's an enriching experience that allows for great encounters," concluded Mr. Noël.

Dates: between Tuesday, July 25 and Saturday, July 29, 2023, depending on the number of days you can offer.
