Bach’s genius condensed in a single line of music. Pascale Giguère, associate concertmaster of Les Violons du Roy, plays Bach’s sonatas and partitas for solo violin on her 1700 Giovanni Tononi Bell (loaned by the Canada Arts Council). She is joined by Luc Beauséjour for a spirited interpretation of Bach’s beloved sonatas for violin and harpsichord.
